Abstract
The research explores the impact of AI on human cognition, highlighting both the potential benefits and concerns associated with AI technologies. AI systems, such as machine learning and neural networks, have shown remarkable capabilities in tasks like data analysis and problem-solving. However, there are concerns that certain cognitive skills may be diminished as AI takes over traditionally human domains. The lack of transparency in AI algorithms and the possibility of biased algorithms raise ethical and cognitive concerns, impacting how much people trust information and decisions driven by AI. This study underscores the critical role of responsible AI development, transparency, and education in mitigating cognitive drawbacks and maximizing the benefits of AI integration. Maintaining a harmonious equilibrium between human and artificial intelligence requires implementing strategies such as continuous learning programs for human-AI collaboration and incorporating ethical guidelines in AI development.
