Abstract
In this cohort study of adults with maxillofacial trauma, low-value plain radiography was frequently used despite clear guidelines favoring CT. Targeted interventions to reduce low-value imaging may improve diagnostic accuracy, reduce unnecessary costs, and advance value-based care.
