Abstract
This patent analyzes the ethical and legal ramifications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in governance, concentrating on algorithmic decision-making within political and administrative frameworks. Although AI provides efficiency, scalability, and predictive capacities, it simultaneously presents ethical dilemmas, biases, and accountability issues. This research presents Shah Jubaer's Principle of Ethical-Algorithmic Governance (SJ-PEAG), a framework designed to include AI into governance while ensuring justice, transparency, accountability, public engagement, and adaptive sustainability. The research examines the philosophical underpinnings and legal obstacles, and illustrates theoretical results using algorithmic modeling to ensure ethical governance over the next 40 to 50 years.
