Strategic Management Transformation Through Quantum AI

Abstract

AI presents a unique opportunity for businesses to transform strategic decision-making and operational models, yet there is limited empirical research on its practical impact in management contexts. This study is needed to bridge that gap by exploring how Quantum AI can be effectively leveraged to enhance organizational efficiency and competitiveness. The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of Quantum AI on strategic decision-making and operational efficiency in business management. It aims to identify how organizations can effectively integrate Quantum AI to drive performance and gain a competitive advantage. This study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze survey data from 209 managerial respondents, examining the relationships between Quantum AI adoption, strategic decision-making, and operational efficiency. The study of 209 respondents found that Quantum AI adoption notably improved strategic decision-making, which in turn enhanced operational efficiency and overall performance, confirming all hypotheses with strong statistical support.
