Abstract

This study examines the concept of artificial intelligence in detail, reviews the literature on its applications and their effects on organizational management, and provides an overall evaluation. Artificial intelligence applications are increasingly being implemented in organizational management worldwide. Artificial intelligence applications enable faster and more accurate data entry in organizations, while the data obtained is analyzed and evaluated in the most consistent manner and can be used in organizational processes. Today, artificial intelligence applications have become an important competitive tool in organizations. It is expected that in the future, artificial intelligence applications will be used more effectively and extensively in all organizational processes, particularly in the management processes. Data obtained through artificial intelligence applications in organizations is processed using analytical techniques, resulting in more effective and successful organizational outcomes. In organizations, the use of computer hardware and artificial intelligence applications for data collection and processing, the expansion of cloud-based services, and the reduction of costs are among the positive outcomes of these technologies. The use of artificial intelligence applications in organizations for strategy development, planning, and all management processes expected to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Overall, these applications are likely to increase organizational performance and bring about fundamental changes in organizational activities.
