T1 MRI relaxation times decompose as T1 = 25×N where 25 is the denominator of α(3) = 48/25 and N walks the chromosome-scale ladder. 22/23 tissues at 1.5T within 3%, mean residual 0.50%. Cancer progression follows 25×{24,36,48} = 25×12×{2,3,4}. Fat = 48×6 (numerator products vs denominator products). Field scaling uses bracket constants {4/3, 3/2, 5/3, √2}. Falsifiable diagnostic framework. GCT Research Protocol II.
