Abstract
This article presents a study examining the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on contemporary project management, with a particular focus on the prospective transformation of the project manager profession by 2030. Based on an analysis of the existing scholarly literature, key directions for integrating AI into project management efficiency have been identified. The ethical implications of AI implementation, the role of humans within hybrid human–artificial intelligence systems, and the environmental consequences of the digitalisation of project activities are examined. Conceptual models are proposed to optimize human–AI interaction in project management.
