Abstract
The rapid evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping workforce dynamics, organizational culture, and ethical norms, demanding new models of human-AI collaboration. This work examines the intersection of AI and human capital, emphasizing trust, bias, and workforce readiness. Special focus is given to aviation, aerospace, and infotainment systems, where AI drives safety, efficiency, and user experience but still requires adaptive human oversight. Integrating human talent and AI necessitates actionable frameworks, building trust, mitigating algorithmic bias, and fostering continuous learning for adaptability. About 70% of this discussion addresses practical solutions: education, training, and ethical safeguards, while also exploring legal and cultural challenges. Drawing on current case studies and industry views, this chapter guides leaders in aligning human capital strategies with the evolving demands of an AI-driven workplace, emphasizing workforce resilience and equitable access.
