Abstract
To discuss the clinical significance of three-dimensional(3D) CT reconstruction in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Apply PICKER PQS CT, through shaded surface display(SSD),to complete CT scan and 3D CT reconstruction. According to 3D CT images, the location of the fracture, the degree of spliting and extend of osseous depression are evulated. 3D CT reconstruction plays an important role in the dignosis and treatment of the tibial plateau fractures.
