Abstract
The electronic medical record is a product of the information age, which represents the direction of the development of medical record management. At present, the electronic medical record management situation in our country is still not optimistic, such as electronic medical records management concepts are behind the quality of medical record management, medical records have not legal effect. This paper analyzed the status quo and explored its reasons, and provided the specific measures to improve the management of the electronic medical record based on the actual situation of our country.
