Abstract
Objective:By changing the original femoral vein puncture blood collection methods,to improve the success rate of collecting venous blood.Methods:A comparative study of the methods,to be collected on 112 cases of venous blood samples of newborns in my maternity hospital,56 cases of the test group was divided into the back of the hand vein blood and the control group 56 cases of femoral vein puncture blood sampling method (or ramp into the Acupuncture),and comparative analysis.Results:The back of the hand vein blood used a high success rate,safety,less complications and avoided the anxiety of parents lead to the occurrence of nursing dispute.Conclusion:The back of the hand vein blood sampling method is simple,easy to grasp nurses can serve as a neonatal venous blood specimens collected in the preferred method of operation.
