This article explores relationship between electronic medical record and legal and discusses the importance of electronic medical records, The legal effect of the electronic medical record, electronic medical records in writing the legal concept, electronic medical record changes, issues related to the patient the right to know. Hospital system needs to strengthen the management of electronic medical records, electronic medical records improve the mechanism to coordinate various departments in the electronic medical records management functions such as electronic medical record of effective management practices.
