Abstract
First of all,this paper analyzes the complexity of the discipline characteristics of medical science of law in discipline construction,the insufficient team construction strength,the compound talent cultivation,the challenges and opportunities the discipline construction faced,and the present situation of discipline construction. In addition,it elaborates that the study on medical science of law should be strengthened,the research level of its discipline construction should be improved,and the solution for discipline orientation and compound talent cultivation should be explored.
