Abstract
For a long time, the development of colleges and universities has always followed the development model of stability by teaching, and development by scientific It is thus clear that the scale and level of scientific research work has become the key factor affecting the development of colleges and universities. As a kind of creative activity, scientific research has become the sources and guarantee of improving teaching quality, and the essential means to develop a diversified talents. Starting from the research status quo and problems of incentive mechanism, this article builds the framework of the three-dimensional incentive mechanism and analyzes its characteristics. The construction strategies of the three-dimensional scientific research mechanism for independent colleges are proposed, in order to provide certain reference for independent colleges to better play the creative role of scientific research.
