人工智能（AI）应用于医疗，即AI医疗（AIM），是今后医学发展进步的一大方向，也势必影响到住院医师规范化培训。AIM的本质还是医疗服务行为，因此，应该遵循一般的医德原则，包括有利、不伤害、尊重患者自主权和公平正义等。所有医务人员，包括住院医师规范化培训学员在面对AIM，衡量其利弊时，应该遵循这些医德原则。.
