Abstract
With the development of artificial intelligence technology, robots and artificial intelligence have become a new trend in the development of future technologies. This article mainly studies the application of artificial intelligence technology in the video production of the course "Horse Anatomy and Physiology". The questionnaire is mainly distributed on the spot. In order to further investigate students’ views on the application of artificial intelligence technology in the video production of the "Horse Anatomy and Physiology" course, the corresponding interview outline is designed, mainly from "students' understanding of this course" and "students' acceptance of the course content" Interviews and exchanges from multiple aspects and perspectives such as "students' teaching methods for courses". And take notes, according to the feedback from the students, make corresponding adjustments to the content and teaching methods of the course. Regarding extended resources, on the whole, 72.5% of learners participated in the learning of extended resources, and 81.2% of learners hope to obtain some knowledge that is not in the book through extended resources, but only 32.5% of learners think that the extension in the course resources are helpful to learning. It can be seen that the course needs to be improved in terms of expanding resources. The resources should be enriched and novel to meet the needs of learners. The results show that artificial intelligence technology has a certain promoting effect on the engineering of "Horse Anatomy and Physiology" course video production.
