Abstract
Online psychological counseling has become a landscape on the Internet, which plays a great role in psychological knowledge and providing network support and guidance for patients with mental illness. This paper mainly introduces the principle of artificial intelligence and the basic concept of intelligent online psychological counseling analyzes the structure of intelligent online psychological counseling and the problems encountered in the research, the mode of artificial intelligence online psychological counseling process and the basic structure of artificial intelligence online psychological counseling, and discusses the ideas to solve the problems from the research results of artificial intelligence. Although the existing development level of online psychological counseling determines that it is only a supplement and assistance to psychological counselling. Generally speaking, the development of online psychological counseling platform based on artificial intelligence technology is still a great development.
