Abstract
心力衰竭（心衰）的预后预测极具挑战性。近年来，人工智能（AI）领域发展迅猛，越来越多的研究者将AI技术应用于心衰的预后研究中。新技术能否实现心衰预后的精准预测？与传统统计学分析方法有何区别？临床实践中如何选择？该文通过回顾研究实例，对AI技术和传统统计学分析方法进行了对比，从心衰患者的再入院、死亡、器械治疗以及临床复合终点4个预后维度进行了阐述。.
