Abstract
<sec> <title>UNSTRUCTURED</title> Artificial intelligence (AI) has made significant advancements in recent years, with a wide range of applications in diverse fields, including medicine. AI is a multidisciplinary approach that combines computer science and linguistics to create machines capable of performing tasks that typically require human intelligence. These tasks include learning, adapting, reasoning, understanding abstract concepts, and reacting to complex human attributes like attention, emotion, and creativity. Since its inception, ChatGPT has gained attention for its potential applications in various aspects of medicine, including medical education, physical activity recommendation, mental health support, research, geriatrics, and AI-assisted decision support. In the field of medicine, ChatGPT has shown promise in several areas, which we will explore in this review. </sec>
