Abstract
This paper takes ChatGPT users as the research object and analyzes the factors affecting ChatGPT users' willingness to use by using principal component analysis. The results show that among the subjective factors, technology risk perception and expectation confirmation are important factors influencing ChatGPT users' willingness to use. Among the objective factors, social influence and usage context are the key factors that influence ChatGPT users' intention to use. Both subjective and objective factors contribute to ChatGPT users' usage behavior and can enhance users' satisfaction and willingness to use. This paper is important for enhancing ChatGPT users' intention to use and improving ChatGPT users' experience.
