Abstract
Potential competing interests: No potential competing interests to declare. The article focuses on the implications of AI in medical systems. As much as I can agree with all this, I think this treatment must be carried out more accurately and detailed. The authors give a few examples to support their argument but do not go deep into tackling the problem.I would suggest that you choose some areas that you want to talk about, such as diagnostic tools rather than predictors of the effectiveness of a therapy, etc.It would also be greatly appreciated if the authors provided ideas to improve the situation. For example, the certification process of a medical device is not addressed at all.To date, the legislation is quite strict on the subject, and explainability speech is increasingly taken into account. In addition, I think it is a good thing that the IA Act has just been issued in the EU, which also aims to give more regulation (in general) to the application of AI.
