Abstract
Potential competing interests: No potential competing interests to declare. The last line does not do justice to this very well-written article. It is very thought-provoking.The authors are correct when they say that artificial intelligence is currently not ready to be deployed in an independent mode.Today, it is at best a decision support tool. The last line, however, shows that the concepts of biostatistics are at least not fully understood by our worthy commentators. This is precisely the reason why artificial intelligence is so dangerous for the world of learning.Chat GPT gives very real-sounding answers, but it can be very misleading unless you understand the subject. In a way, it is good because it will remove those extra superfluous jobs, but there will always be room at the top because you need people to develop these processes and to understand them.So artificial intelligence will make all of us have more free time on our hands and will attempt to improve our skills
