Abstract
As generative artificial intelligence (AI) platforms become increasingly accessible, applications of large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT (OpenAI, San Francisco, Calif) continue to expand.The medical utility of LLMs includes producing summaries of patient interactions, extraction of relevant patient records, and teaching new developments to students. 1 However, little work has been done on applications of LLMs in plastic and reconstructive surgery.As such, ChatGPT's concordance with published clinical practice guidelines for rhinoplasties and eyelid surgery was investigated.
