Abstract
• AI has transformed scientific writing by improving efficiency and correctness but also posing ethical questions. • While AI tools in scientific writing improve productivity and accuracy, they may also be biased, requiring transparency, accountability, and addressing plagiarism risks. • It is necessary to address ethical concerns with the use of AI in scientific writing in order to preserve the validity, reliability, and dependability of study results while encouraging scientific reasoning and critical thinking.
