Abstract

Heart disease is one of the most common and critical health issues around the world, which makes to many deaths and illnesses. To effectively combat this disease, it is necessary to predict its presence and act in a timely manner. A light of hope has appeared in recent years with the combination of machine learning(ML), artificial intelligence(AI), and deep learning(DL), providing more precise, timely, and individualized methods to heart disease diagnosis and treatment. This substantial summary work explores the complex terrain of AI, ML, and DL for heart disease prediction. It explores the status of research at this point, focuses on practical applications, and suggests prospective routes for the future. This study seeks provide a full knowledge of the role of new technologies in cardiovascular care by reviewing the methodology, datasets, and issues in this subject. It is impossible to emphasize the value of early prediction and action. Healthcare practitioners and patients are empowered by AI, ML, and DL technologies because they provide early risk assessment, accurate diagnoses, and individualized treatment strategies. By allowing continuous monitoring via wearable devices, improving diagnostic accuracy, and assuring the interpretability of prediction models, these technologies not only save lives but also improve the standard of care. A prediction of cardiac disease using clinical data and its derivation, genetic data, imaging and wearable technologies shall, in the parts that follow, be reviewed. It will also discuss about model interpretability, feature selection and the scope of personalized treatment. Some of the limitations and challenges in this area will also be pointed out, followed by an optimistic view of the future which underlines the ability of AI, ML and DL to revolutionize the management of cardiac patients. Thus, this research points to how crucial it is to have sophisticated technology when it comes to initial diagnosis of heart disease and the subsequent management of the situation to give better hope on heart health around the world.
