Abstract
脳神経外科の研究において, ｢ビッグデータ｣ を利用することはますます重要になってきている. 臨床データベースには, 汎用型データベースと, 脳神経外科に特化したデータベースが存在する. 近年, これまでなかった新しいタイプの生命医療情報が, 急速な勢いで産生され蓄積しつつある. リアルワールドデータが収集できるようになると, これまでのランダム化比較試験の限界が指摘されるようになり, 臨床の現場で知見を生成するlearning health systemや, レジストリーに基づいたランダム化試験が注目されるようになった. 今後, ビッグデータに基づくAI医療, デジタル医療が加速度的に発展していくであろう.
