Abstract
This chapter explores the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and ChatGPT techniques in facilitating real-time data-driven decision-making within government sectors. The adoption of AI and advanced language models like ChatGPT represents a significant shift in how governments process vast amounts of information to make timely and informed decisions. The research focuses on the application of these technologies in enhancing governmental operations, policy-making, and public services.
