Can Generative AI be used to improve doctor/patient relationship?

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to see how Generative AI can be used in the doctor/patient relationship. We have studied the most frequently technical asked questions by second trimester pregnant patients. We have addressed these questions to ChatGPT-3.5, an OB-GYN resident, and an OB-GYN specialist. Using the Universal Sentence Encoder and the cosine similarity, we have compared the answers. We have proved that Generative AI is a wonderful tool that can be used to improve the doctor/patient relationship, by making the diagnosis and treatment more comprehensive and interpretable for the average patient.
