ChatGPT and VARK Model in Education: A Systematic Literature Review

Abstract
In the ever-growing digital era, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) such as ChatGPT is increasingly widespread, especially in education. ChatGPT is a generative AI that could produce human-quality text, write creative content, translate languages, and answer questions informatively. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology is conducted to explore the role of ChatGPT in supporting a learning process that considers individual learning styles based on the VARK Model (Visual, Auditory, Read/Write, and Kinesthetic). This research aims to identify factors in ChatGPT that could improve the learning process. The findings from this study provide valuable insights for education development, identifying 55 essential factors in ChatGPT for education and the implications for AI.
