Abstract
The application of artificial intelligence in the production of scientific texts is becoming increasingly prevalent and pervasive. While the use of artificial intelligence tools enhances the efficacy of research procedures, they also present potential ethical, plagiarism, and content accuracy concerns. While errors and deficiencies are particularly evident in objective information, subjective content offers substantial support to intellectual processes. It is therefore recommended that artificial intelligence be used as a support tool in scientific don’t use comma in here, and that it be subjected to critical filtering. his study examines the potential applications of artificial intelligence in academic studies within the Turkish public administration literature. It does so by asking objective and subjective questions of both the current and paid version 4.0 of ChatGPT, the most popular artificial intelligence tool today. The answers given to these questions are then interpreted and evaluated. The study is based on five main topics, selected using the simple random sampling method. While the absence of accuracy and plagiarism concerns associated with objective information necessitates meticulous examination and oversight, the contributions of subjective content to the academic writing process offer a potential benefit that merits consideration. In order for artificial intelligence to be employed effectively in academic writing, it is imperative that ethical guidelines are adhered to rigorously and that the content generated by artificial intelligence is subjected to continuous scrutiny for scientific precision.
