In the era of digital revolution; various industries reach new heights by leveraging technological advancements. Among these sectors, healthcare adopted digital technologies, and there is a transition from mechtronics to the fast digital electronic devices. Nowadays, digital technologies have become an integral part of healthcare. It facilitates tasks such as robust clinical support, accessing medicine knowledge resources, and enhanced monitoring of patient. This chapter explores the influence of technologies on the healthcare sector and also addresses privacy and security issues associated with the implementation of digitalization in the healthcare sector.
