Abstract
With the rise of artificial intelligence, it is playing an increasing role in precision oncology medicine. Objective: The aim of this study is to comprehensively evaluate the current state, hot topics, and future trends in the application of AI in oncology precision medicine. Methods: We searched the relevant literature on AI application in precision medicine of oncology in Web of Science core database, and used Excel to analyze the trend of publications, and CiteSpace to visualize the country, institution, and keywords of the articles in this field. Results: A total of 279 relevant literatures were included, with a general upward trend in the number of annual publications, with China being the country with the largest number of publications, and the research institutions dominated by universities. At present, the application of AI in predictive model construction, disease diagnosis, drug therapy, etc. is the research hotspot in this field. Conclusion: Artificial intelligence has a good development prospect in the field of tumor precision medicine, and the attention of various countries and institutions is increasing, but it has not formed a good cooperative relationship, and it is necessary to establish an efficient cooperative research cluster. At the same time, there are also some challenges, and corresponding countermeasures need to be made to better promote the development of artificial intelligence.
