Abstract
Blood donation plays a vital role in modern healthcare systems, yet traditional methods of managing donations often suffer from inefficiencies and lack of real-time communication. In response to these challenges, this research proposes a comprehensive solution named “VitalFlow.” Leveraging advanced technologies and user-friendly interfaces, VitalFlow aims to revolutionize blood donation management. Incorporating elements such as web-based platforms, and chatbot functionalities, VitalFlow enhances donor engagement, optimizes blood supply chain management, and ensures timely access to critical information for healthcare professionals and donors. By integrating real-time tracking, donor matching algorithm, and personalized notifications, VitalFlow seeks to bridge the difference between the donors and recipients, improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the blood donation process. Developed using cutting-edge technologies like Nextjs, MongoDB, and Docker, VitalFlow prioritizes data security while offering scalability for future growth. Through this research, insights are provided to enhance blood donation rates, improve healthcare outcomes, and pave the way for further advancements in blood donation systems.
