Abstract
ChatGPT, publicly released on November 30, 2022, prompts extensive discourse on its utilization. Amid global constraints on its usage, Japan's interest in new technologies remains high. Using social media data, we conduct sentiment analysis on ChatGPT. By identifying anxiety information, we propose mitigation strategies to promote its adoption in business operations. By analyzing discussions from ten YouTube videos, we extract features from captions and comments to perform reaction analysis. By identifying scenes in other videos that mitigate anxiety, we validate the effectiveness of our approach.
