Abstract
Without career counselling or testing, selecting a career can result in a host of problems, such as mismatched interests and talents, inflated expectations, a lack of vocational knowledge, misaligned goals, insufficient preparation, unstable finances, stress on an individual basis, and a poor work-life balance. Through the provision of insightful advice, organized preparation, and well-informed decision-making support, career guidance helps to reduce these risks. The proposed work, which uses AI and machine learning to improve existing processes, will revolutionize students' access to aptitude testing and career coaching in secondary schools. The system gathers and assesses a variety of data, including grades, extracurricular activity, and personal interests, before producing personalized career advice. Machine learning algorithms suggest personalized suggestions based on the user's interest and knowledge. Students can submit their data with ease, and the feedback loop ensures that it is always relevant. The information gathered will help governments and schools, and students to make educated career decisions. All things considered, the program transforms secondary education by giving students the resources they require to pursue and land fulfilling careers.
