Abstract
The problem of trust in algorithms and artificial intelligence systems used in social relations sensitive to violation of human rights — medical, social, labor, etc. — is considered. The reasons of errors of artificial intelligence systems and the task of human control (audit) of algorithms, training schemes and initial data are discussed. Examples of realization of such control in the European Union are given.
