Abstract
In the context of rapid technological advances that have significantly transformed productivity relations, and alongside the ongoing deepening of interdisciplinary research, artificial intelligence has emerged into the cultural discourse, sparking extensive and heated discussions in the fields of digital humanities and ethical philosophy. The purpose of this study is to explore ethical challenges and response strategies in the field of artificial intelligence literature, identifying common ethical issues in the creation of AI literature, including copyright and intellectual property dilemmas caused by the ambiguity of the creative subject, as well as ethical conflicts in content and form. To address these challenges, strategies such as establishing ethical guidelines for artificial intelligence literature and strengthening technical supervision and legal regulations are proposed. It also discusses the future development direction of artificial intelligence literature under ethical guidance.
