The increasing use of artificial intelligence in interpreting results also introduces ethical dilemmas, such as transparency in the algorithms used and accountability in case of errors. Ensuring that patients provide informed consent, fully understanding how their data will be used and the associated risks, is crucial. Addressing these ethical considerations is essential to ensure that elastography is applied fairly and responsibly.
