Abstract

ChatGPT is a language model developed by OpenAI that is both powerful and comprehensive. This study looks into the pros and cons of ChatGPT from the perspectives of both students and teachers in the field of business mathematics education. The effectiveness of ChatGPT in increasing students' business mathematical skills is also examined here. In conclusion, this research assesses how effective the ChatGPT app is for teaching business mathematics. This research provides an in-depth review of ChatGPT and short quantitative findings from a survey, highlighting the effectiveness of the ChatGPT in improving business mathematics education. These ChatGPT prospects for students and educators include personalized feedback, enhanced accessibility, interactive dialogs, lesson planning, assessment, and novel pedagogical approaches to teaching intricate ideas. Also, this study findings provide insights for academic administrators to ensure that student work is unique. This study enables academics and instructors to understand how to evaluate student assignments and projects. Finally, it will increase the ChatGPT literacy of academics and policymakers. The findings revealed the interaction between ChatGPT and learner behavior in the education sector. This study provides solid ground for the use of ChatGPT in management education. To the author's knowledge, this is one of the unique studies related to the ChatGPT effect in business mathematics education.
