Abstract
Proactive and ongoing monitoring of AI systems, or algorithmovigilance, is essential for mitigating patient safety risks from AI in healthcare. In this study, we describe the information needs for an AI monitoring and operations system and provide design guidelines for algorithmovigilance systems.
