Abstract
In the context of global technological innovation, R&D service models in emerging industries face challenges such as inefficiencies and misalignment between service capabilities and demand. This paper proposes an AI - based R&D innovation service model. It constructs an "AI Empowerment, Integrated Throughput, Multi-Chain Collaboration" intelligent service system, and uses technology such as large language models and knowledge graphs to efficiently promote alignment between the two sides of R&D services, and drive deep integration among the innovation chain, industry chain, and capital chain, and significantly improve R&D efficiency and service economy level, and expedite transformations and conversions of scientific research results, and offer technical solutions and achievable paths for sustainable development of infant industries and emerging industrial fields.
