Abstract
This article explores how AI-powered tutoring systems are transforming student support across K–12, higher education, corporate training, and lifelong learning. Leveraging machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics, these systems offer personalized, scalable, and interactive alternatives to traditional tutoring. The shift from human-led to AI-enabled tutoring is examined, along with benefits such as adaptive learning paths, immediate feedback, accessibility, and engagement. Challenges like data privacy, bias, and the role of human mentors are addressed. The article identifies trends such as predictive analytics in global tutoring networks and smart corporate systems. Ethical concerns—transparency, fairness, and access—are discussed as essential to responsible AI use. Recommendations emphasize a hybrid model that integrates AI tools with human-centered pedagogy, ensuring meaningful learning and future workforce readiness.
