Abstract
As Editors-in-Chief of the European Journal of Radiology Artificial Intelligence (EJR AI), we are honoured to present the third issue of the journal. Volume 3 brings together opinion pieces, educational perspectives, and original research that illuminate both the opportunities and the challenges of AI in radiology and beyond. What unites these contributions is a shared commitment to rigour, creativity, and the meaningful use of AI in patient care. In this editorial, we outline the storyline of the issue and reflect on how these papers may shape the evolving landscape of radiological AI.
