Digital health technologies, including telehealth and artificial intelligence (AI), offer unprecedented opportunities to transform nursing practice. These advanced innovations can potentially enhance access, improve quality, and support person-centered care globally. Aligned with the International Council of Nurses’ strategic vision, this editorial explores the integration of telehealth and AI into nursing practice, highlighting benefits, challenges, and recommendations for ethical and effective implementation. Emphasis is placed on nurse leadership, education, digital competency, and equity to ensure sustainable, high-quality care in the digital era.
