Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming industries, societies, and human life through applications in healthcare, finance, education, governance, and beyond.However, its rapid advancement has also sparked ethical concerns regarding fairness, accountability, transparency, and human rights.This paper explores the ethical dimensions of AI, focusing on its societal impacts, key ethical challenges, regulatory frameworks, and proposed solutions.It argues that building trustworthy AI requires a combination of ethical design principles, strong governance, interdisciplinary collaboration, and global cooperation.
