Abstract
This study explores how the knowledge and attitudes of healthcare professionals influence the integration of artificial intelligence (AI), emphasizing the mediating effect of organizational readiness. A cross-sectional descriptive analysis of 347 Jordanian health care professionals was conducted with the aid of a validated questionnaire. Structural equation modeling (SEM) indicated a strong and positive relationship between professionals’ knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions of AI’s advantages. The result showed that the impact of knowledge and attitudes on the integration of AI technologies was enhanced by organizational readiness, which emerged as a key mediator. Health care leaders and policymakers can utilize these findings to enhance organizational readiness and address gaps in knowledge and attitudes among healthcare professionals to foster AI adoption. Data was analyzed using SPSS 28 and AMOS 28.
