Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive review of current clinical practices for diagnosing and managing aortic valve stenosis and coronary heart disease. In parallel, it introduces fundamental artificial intelligence (AI) methodologies and examines how these innovative tools can be integrated into clinical practice to support decision-making and improve patient outcomes. The article begins with an overview of cardiovascular disease and describes traditional clinical approaches. It then explores AI applications—including machine learning, especially deep learning—in cardiovascular medicine and compares various AI methods with real-world examples. As guidance for clinicians, actionable recommendations are provided for integrating AI into daily practice. Finally, future perspectives are discussed, emphasizing emerging trends and the transformative potential of AI-driven cardiovascular care.
