Abstract
The Virtual Voice Health Assistant is a next generation AI powered system enabling personalized voice-based assistance in healthcare. Based on NLP and LLMs, the assistant-by users' voice input accurately perceives personal symptoms and predicts possible diseases. Through the use of RAG, the system checks first a local dataset for relevant knowledge, and if needed, it utilizes the LLM to provide an extensive and accurate disease predictions. A distinctive feature of this assistant is that it offers appropriate specialists near the patient's location following the disease that is expected. With the aid of Google API, the application determines doctors in the user's local area – upon which location-based suggestions are provided to help streamline medical attention and to make it convenient. This dual action serves to facilitate interactions between patients and the most suitable healthcare providers and has as its goal to offer patients relevant medical advice at the time at which it is most needed.
