The Impact of ChatGPT on Modern Community Management: An Analysis of AI-Driven Engagement and Moderation Strategies

Abstract
This research attempts the amalgamation of ChatGPT in community management practices and assesses its effectiveness for content moderation, member engagement, or even administrative functions.The study is based on a quantitative analysis of 50 implementation cases across online communities and a qualitative assessment of responses from community managers and members.It showcases both the potential benefits and shortcomings of AI-driven community management tools.The overall results indicate 40% faster response times to member queries and a 35% improvement in moderator efficiency while raising major points about authenticity and human supervision.Here applies a mixed-method approach using statistical analysis, comparative metric use, and interview-based collect qualitative data during a 12-month period of implementation.The findings indicate that effective use of ChatGPT must be carefully balanced between automating tasks and involving human intervention, develop clear protocols of transparency in operation, and conduct continued scrutiny of the quality of AI-generated content.
