Abstract
Clinical decision-making in General Medical Oncology (GMO) is increasingly complex due to the rapid expansion of oncological knowledge. Multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings are essential to define treatment strategies, integrating evidence-based medicine with specialist expertise. Artificial intelligence (AI) may complement these meetings by providing updated and comprehensive information. We prospectively evaluated the real-time integration of ChatGPT as an active participant in tumor boards.
